We started out as an IT Consulting firm with staff people who consulted with clients and ran projects from concept to design and implementation.  We have changed the services we provide, changed the way we sell, changed the way we recruit, changed the on-boarding process and changed the way we manage the business, changed the way we administer our business we have even changed our margins so that the Client saves more and the candidates get more.  We have become incredibly flexible, adaptable and ready to change at a moment’s notice in order to meet a client’s needs or new market forces that are constantly changing.
