Our History


TCA Consulting Group Inc. was founded in 1987 to meet an increasing need in the IT staffing industry, finding, attracting and retaining the "right" people for the "right" job at the "right" time. As a privately held, woman-owned company, TCA continues to operate under the direction of its president, Dorothy Cassandra. Dorothy works closely with her husband, John Cassandra (V.P. of Operations) to lead all facets of the company on a daily basis.

The key to TCA's on-going success lies in strengthening its position as a customer focused, market-driven business. Foundational to becoming more customer focused lies in the company's ability to hire and retain the right people to lead and manage its operations. Execution of TCA's strategic plan is dependent on carefully balancing standardized, proven processes and creative thinking to meet the dynamic needs of the ever-changing industry and local market.

TCA's growth must be sustainable, profitable and capital efficient. To achieve this, the company's founders, John and Dorothy Cassandra, are attracting and developing a new team of senior management who encourage leadership at all levels of the organization.
