At TCA, filling the position is only the beginning; TCA's quality service continues throughout the length of the assignment.

On-going support to the consultant helps to ensure the needs of all parties are being met continuously, thus delivering a win-win situation for everyone. TCA actively seeks feedback from the client regarding the overall performance of the consultant via its unique performance tracking program. All information received from the client is integrated into the TCA service process and shared with the on-site consultant.
